In connection with the current situation as a result of COVID 19, we have taken extra health safety measures for our guests.
1. Departures and arrival of our guests never happens on the same day. This means that each previously occupied room remains empty for the next 24 hours. During this time, the room is cleaned and then disinfected with disinfectants, aired out with fresh air, and all frequently touched areas/ high-touch surfaces such as door handles, door knobs, wardrobes, refrigerators, lamp and light switches, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks, countertops, safes, remote controls for air conditioners and TVs, remote controls for opening the front door are thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected.
2. The service personnel is wearing personal protective equipment – masks and gloves.
3. Disinfectants that are approved by the regulatory authorities that kill the COVID-19 virus will be left in all rooms.
4. All tables on the terraces and the garden are far apart to keep social distancing in place.
5. If you wish, we will provide you with protective masks and gloves.
6. All air conditioners are individual. Each room has its own air conditioning.
7. There are refrigerators in each room, which are used only by the guests in the room during their stay.
8. All rooms have walkways that can be removed at your request.
9. Unnecessary items such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, notebooks and pens have been removed from the rooms.
10. Linens, towels and pillowcases are changed at your request.
11. The cleaning and tidying of the rooms is also done at your request.
